Each character has a specific stat that you need to take care of as they are suitable for any type of task. In other words, solving the quest will be more effective if you choose characters with high stats associated with them. In addition, you also cannot force the characters to be continuously active since they have a compromised health system. A lot of bad elements will appear and affect the character, and the only way is to help him to rest or find the necessary items.
